Breast Cancer Giveaway

As you know October is breast cancer awareness month. If you have a loved one affected by this disease you like many others feel the pain it causes. Our contribution to the cause is this: each time we reach a membership goal AM Games will donate a brand new gaming system to the family of a local woman battling breast cancer. It's a small gift but our hopes are that it will brighten up everyone's day. Our membership goal this week is 10 new enrollments, we feel this is extremely achievable but we need your help. Please help support a great cause and together we can offer some comfort to the families of these brave women. We hope to see many new faces around the lounge and I hope you all have a great day.

My gaming life

Ever since I was a small child in the ice fields of Patagonia I dreamed about one day coming to America, the gaming capital of the world, to further my love and knowledge of all things games. We never had the newest systems or games but what we did have was a deck of playing cards and a set of dice. My friends on the sheep farm next door and I came up with over 400 fun games using only the items mentioned. From this point on my passion for games grew like a wildfire in southern California. The day I went to the general store and traded my most prized cow for a used Nintendo system and super Mario brothers, I spent three weeks locked in my room copiously studying the dialect of the American game. Once I taught myself English I knew I had to see what else was out there. From this point on my eyes only left the television to eat, sleep, and chip the ice off of the door hinges.
