Movember

November is one of my favorite months. Not only it is my birthday month, but it's the only month when it's socially acceptable to look like you've been stranded on a deserted island like Tom Hanks in Castaway. Yes you guessed it, no shave November! Personally I'm still waiting for the day I can grow a real hillbilly beard instead of looking like a teenager that hasn't discovered a razor yet. So all of you manly men who's face grows like a chia pet, I envy you.


You might say, "this is a gaming blog, what do beards have to do with gaming?" Well the answer is nothing to my knowledge. But here at the lounge we're all about expressing your personal style. I encourage everyone to show off their facial hair this month. Guys I look forward to seeing how creative you can get, you could even look like your favorite character from Final Fantasy! And I don't want to leave anyone out, women if you can grow a beard frankly I'd be more interested in seeing that.                       link to picture

For all of you loyal gamers we'll have a special guest in the lounge sometime this month. Due to his changing schedule the date will be coming soon, but my close personal friend from a major game developing company is stopping by to check out the lounge and meet our aspiring game creators! If you've ever dreamed about taking your passion for gaming and turning it into a career, he's the one to talk to. Meet one of the talented people that worked on classics like the Call of Duty series, Halo, as well as some pc games such as Gears of War. And yes, he does have a beard...
